To access the HMH catalog to search for parts, click on the Catalog menu. You will be directed to select an HMH warehouse location to shop at, as well as a sold-to account. This defines the available products and pricing in the catalog. Both can be changed at any time during the shopping experience.

Searching for Parts

On the Catalog page you can search for parts using the part number or description of the part. Type your search term and the results will display below.

On any product click Add to Cart. The item will load, and you will be able to adjust the quantity. The total number of unique part numbers will display in the cart icon.

Products will be displayed with global availability checking across all HMH locations. Click on Global Inventory to check stock, lead time, and pricing at all HMH locations. Note that the pricing displayed is customer specific.

If a product is not sold at the selected HMH Warehouse, it will display as Not available at this warehouse and cannot be added to the cart.

To change location, this can be done using the location selector at the top left corner of the screen.

Enter the part numbers and quantities in the list format on the page. Click + to add more rows. Once the list is complete, click “ADD TO CART”.
Click the PASTE ITEMS button. Copy and paste a list of parts with one item per row. Click CONTINUE. Each item will default to quantity. This may be adjusted and then click “ADD TO CART”.

Checking Order Status

The My Orders page displays all orders placed with HMH via the Shop or with an HMH sales representative. An icon will display in the Order Delivery Alert column noting if there is a delay. Access Order details by clicking the document icon.

Within the order details, the status of each line is displayed along with an expected delivery date if it has changed from the original committed delivery date. When an item is ready to pick up or has shipped, a date will appear in the last column.

For an overview of all open line items at all HMH locations, navigate to the My Account > Open Order Report. Only open lines will display here. The Expected Date will display with the latest update on when HMH expects to deliver your line item.
